Note:  The Village is currently part of an Electric Aggregation program with Palmer Energy through Constellation NewEnergy from January 2025 through December 2025 with a fixed rate of $.07243 per kilowatt hour. Constellation NewEnergy phone 1-844-6-ENERGY. 

The Village is currently part of a Gas Aggregation program with Palmer Energy through Interstate Gas Supply (IGS) through November 2026 with a fixed rate of $.559 per CCF.  IGS phone 1-877-353-0162.
