Building Permits

The Village Administrator is responsible for approving applications and issuing residential building permits.  All commercial building permits must go through Mid-East Ohio Building Department.

Residential Building Permits are required for the following.  This list is not all inclusive.  Please refer to the Building and Zoning Codes document below for a complete listing.

• Additions
• Permanent Accessory Structures (ex. garages, car ports, shelters, gazebos)
• Fences
• New patio or deck, or extensions of existing
• New sidewalk, curb or driveway
• Signs
